Private Policy

These Regulations regulate the legal and commercial relations between L.T. Power Technologies Ltd. of 4, HaNachnieli Street, Rishon-Le-Zion, 75121, licensed dealer 514112978 (hereinafter: “LT”) via the website (hereinafter: “Oana-Diet” and/or “the Site” and or “the Store”) and its customers (hereinafter “the Customers and/or “the Customer”) subject to the rules of these regulations.

These Regulations must be read carefully and all the provisions thereof shall apply to any use or purchase on the Site.

Orders on the Site 

Purchase on the Site may be performed by any person over 18 years old who holds a valid credit card issued in Israel or a corporation registered in Israel or the holder of a tourist card.

In order for us to fulfill your offer to purchase a product (hereinafter: “your Order”), the products you ordered must be in stock in the Site Store. While we do our outmost to ensure that the products displayed on the Site will be available in our stores, sometimes products displayed on the Site may be out of stock. If products are missing, an appropriate notification will be sent to you to by e-mail or telephone. In such case, the Store reserves the right to offer you to purchase an alternative product of similar characteristics and price, if existing. If you accept our offer, the details of your Order will be updated. If you decide to decline our alternative offer, your Order will be deleted and your credit card will not be charged.

For each entry to a product o the Site and every kind of sale, registration must be performed, unless the Customer is defined as a registered Customer.

Purchases will be actually performed only by authorization of the credit card.

Supply times will commence only after receipt of authorization from the credit card company.

A credit card provided by a surfer and refused approval by the credit card company will constitute proof of cancellation of the order from the Site’s point of view. The surfer may apply to correct the payment approval, provided that the Site approves the change.

All prices on the Site include VAT.

Product dispatch

The various products will be supplied through a courier company. Products supplied by these means will be sent in accordance with the customary supply time.

Products will be dispatched only after receipt of the credit card company’s approval of the transaction.

In the event that when performing the Order, erroneous identification details are submitted, we cannot guarantee that the products will reach you. In the event that the products are returned to us due to the provision of erroneous information, the Customer will be charged shipping and handling charges of 10% of the value of the Order or a minimum of NIS 55. Please ensure to enter accurate and up-to-date information. The provision of false personal information is strictly forbidden and constitutes a criminal offense under the provisions of the Penal Law 5737-1977 and/or any law.

Supply time is according to work days and does not include Fridays, Saturdays and holidays in Israel.

Delivery time is up to 14 business days.


Payment is made by credit card and there is an option to buy in installments, depending on the extent of the purchase. The Order and credit card details are transported through a secured server and are encrypted.

When you are required to enter sensitive details, a padlock sign will appear at the bottom of the page on the right. This sign confirms that the information transmitted to us is secured and encrypted by SSL technology.

Order confirmation and delivery tracking

After confirmation of the Order and performance of payment, notification of confirmation of receipt of the Order will be received. In addition, a notification of the commencement of handling the Order will be sent to the Customer’s e-mail.

The handling of the Order may be tracked through the customer’s user profile on the Site.

Product supply

Products will be supplied to the surfer in the time and at the price defined next to each and every product on the product page. The surfer will have the possibility to make independent collection by advanced coordination and according to the Site instructions only. Supply time is according to working days and does not include Fridays and Saturdays and holidays in Israel.

The product will be delivered to the Customer’s home in a closed package that passed preliminary inspections of the contents and quality and quantity of the products inside. In the event that a Customer complains of not receiving a product that arrived in a closed package, the complaint must reach the Site Manager immediately in order to locate the problem.

Signature on receipt of the package will constitute a confirmation of receipt of the product. Should the product arrive damaged due to a blow or with any sign of damage on the package, then the buyer can refuse to accept the package or notify the Site Manager so that he can make a decision and save the Customer opening the package prior to signing and confirming that the product was received intact.

Product return/cancellation of transaction by the Customer

A Customer may cancel product purchases within 14 (fourteen) days from the day of receipt, provided they are packed in their original packaging and were not opened and no use was made of them. The cost of the shipping cost will not be refunded anyway.

In the event that the product meets the product return conditions, a money refund/credit will be given on the price of the product that was paid, less shipping charges, credit card company fees and a deduction of 5% of the cost of the product, under the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law 5741-1981.  Products may be returned solely by registered mail to the company’s mailing address. For the avoidance of doubt, the Store does not receive products for return/replacement by regular mail/registered mail. According to the Consumer Protection Regulations (cancellation of transaction), 5770-2010, Section 6.5, nutritional supplements may not be returned.

Site Cancellation of Transaction 

The Site reserves the right to cancel a transaction under the following conditions:

Should any error and/or human error be discovered in the product definition, its details, price or in any detail of the advertisement of the product.

Should the Site, at is sole discretion, identify a purchaser as a prohibited Customer who is not a private Customer or a Customer who does not comply with the Site’s provisions.

In the event that the Site or Site Manager did not approve a transaction with a certain surfer.


The warranty time on each product is indicated on the Site product page and the purchase invoice.  Warranty for some of the products on the Site is provided by the Store and others warranty is provided by the external suppliers.

Surfer’s  undertaking

The surfer undertakes to act in good faith and with integrity when making a purchase and/or Order, as well as after purchase and supply.

The surfer undertakes to report any mistake in the dispatch of the product he received or if he received another product by mistake or if he received more than one product that he ordered. For example: if the Customer received two packages instead of the one he ordered or another package that was not intended for him. If such an error is discovered by the Site, the Customer undertakes to pay for the product the sum of its value on the day he received that product according to the Store’s and the Site’s pricelist on the day he actually received the product.

Privacy statement

We will do our utmost to avoid the exposure of surfers’ personal information, except for those details displayed on the user profile. The information is intended to serve us for the surfers’ benefit, and will never be disclosed to any third party, except for: situations when the law obligated us to disclose the information;

There is a suspicion that the surfer may sabotage the Site or harm other surfers; and the like.

Material jurisdiction

These Regulations and all that derives therefrom or relates thereto shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel and shall be interpreted accordingly, and any dispute or legal question relating thereto shall be at the sole decision of the authoritative judicial system in Tel Aviv.


You understand and agree that the information on the Site regarding LT’s products which are offered for sale is not intended to diagnose, to treat, to cure or prevent any disease whatsoever. In addition, such data is published for informational purposes and is not intended to provide medical advice. This content does not include the full range of uses, warnings, side effects and reciprocal affects between the products existing in the market and our products, and does not mean that every product is safe for you. May not undertake the diet and they must consult a doctor before making any change in their eating habits.

LT is not the manufacturer of the products sold on this Site.

You agree that we are not responsible for any information taken from the Site(s) because it does not, and you agree that it does not, serve as medical advice.
